These terms and conditions apply to your use of this site, which is owned and
operated by SNAP Parking, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing
business as“SNAP Parking”. Your access to and use of the Site is subject to
the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) as well as all applicable
U.S. and Canadian laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept,
without limitation or qualification, the following Terms of this Agreement and
our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Site.The
material provided on this website (the “Website”) is protected by law,
including but not limited to the United States copyright law and international
treaties. SNAP Parking makes no representation that materials in the Website
are appropriate or available for use in locations other than the United
States, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal
or otherwise regulated is prohibited and the user in such locations is
responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
- When you park your vehicle at a SNAP Parking Facility, you shall be
deemed to have been granted a license to park one (1) vehicle in the
Facility for a period, not to exceed thirty (30) days, commencing upon such
arrival at the Facility.Only a license is granted hereby, and no lease,
bailment or bailee custody is intended or shall be created. You acknowledge
that SNAP Parking does not guard or assume the care, custody or control of
your vehicle or of its contents. You further acknowledge and agree that if
your vehicle is left at the Facility for more than thirty (30) days after
arrival at the Facility, then such vehicle and its contents may be impounded
at your expense and sold for expenses and storage fees. - You agree that, in consideration of the license granted above, you shall
pay SNAP Parking a parking fee determined by the parking rates posted at the
Facility at the time of your arrival. - By establishing your SNAP Pass™ membership and providing a credit card in
your name, then you shall be deemed to have authorized SNAP Parking to
create a SNAP Pass™ membership card in your name that will be associated
with your unique SNAP Pass™ membership number and with the credit card you
provided. You further authorize and direct SNAP Parking to process a charge
to the credit card you provided upon your presentation of such SNAP Pass™
membership card, in an amount then due to SNAP Parking as fees, taxes or
miscellaneous charges. You represent to SNAP Parking that you are the holder
of thecredit card you provided and that you are authorized to use the credit
card you provided. All charges to the credit card you provided arising from
the presentation of SNAP Pass™ membership card with which it is associated
will appear on your regular bill from the issuer of the credit card you
provided. You acknowledge you are responsible for all charges incurred on
the credit card you provided at SNAP Parking facilities, whether by
presentation of the credit card you provided or SNAP Pass™ membership card
with which it is associated. - We claim copyright protection on everything you see on the Site. You may
not download, reproduce, distribute, republish or retransmit any material on
this Site without our prior written consent. You may download information on
the Site for personal and noncommercial home use only, provided the
downloaded material includes all copyright and trademark notices. You may
not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the
content of the Site for public or commercial purposes without our prior
written consent, including “framing” of any part of the Site, or tampering
with our software or the functionality of this Site, to reverse engineer or
to circumvent the navigation of the Site. You also may not use any robot,
spider, or other automatic device or manual process to monitor the Site
without our prior written consent. We neither warrant nor represent that
your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe the rights of
third parties. - All trademarks, service marks and trade names used on this Website are
proprietary to SNAP Parking or other respective owners that have granted
SNAP Parking the right and license to use such trademarks, service marks and
trade names, and are protected by U.S. and international trademark laws.
These registered or unregistered trademarks, service marks and trade names
include, without limitation, the following: SNAP Parking™, SNAP Pass™, and
the other logos of SNAP Parking. No user of this Website is granted any
rights to such trademarks, service marks or trade names. - You expressly agree that your use of this Website is at your sole risk.
This Website may include links and pointers to Internet websites maintained
by third parties, and neither SNAP Parking nor any of its affiliates
operates or controls any information, products or services available on
these third party websites.Accordingly, the materials on this Website and on
such third party websites are provided on an “as is” basis without
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without
limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of

their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or
licensors warrant that this Website or any such third party website will be
uninterrupted or error-free, that the use of this Website or any such third

that any information, service or merchandise provided through this Website
or any such third party website is accurate, reliable or of any particular

liable for any direct, special, incidental, consequential, indirect,

Jersey, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any
provision hereof shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and
Conditions of Use, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of
any remaining provisions hereof. The rights to use this Website granted to
you hereunder are personal to you and are not subject to transfer or
assignment. Any claim relating to this Website or its use shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New
Jersey, and by your use of this Website you submit yourself to the personal
jurisdiction of such courts.No employee or other representative of SNAP
Parking may modify or waive any of the terms of these Terms and Conditions
of Use.This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with
respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior written
agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof. - We reserve the right to send customers marketing and promotional emails and
SMS when the customer willingly divulges their contact information during
their parking reservation.
